About Patricia

I'm Patricia Chiara ~ a transformational soul guide, somatic and energy healer.

After more than 20 years serving in Corporate America, at one time as a Vice President, I was met with burnout, deep wounds from a painful divorce and a spiritual awakening that led me into a different relationship with myself. I began this healing while I was still an active corporate leader ~ both the leader and the woman in me changed together.

I became a better leader. I started showing up differently, and my life started to change. More magic, more miracles, more softness, more trust, more surrender, more beautiful experiences, more love, more gratitude, more joy, more pleasure.

The Alchemy of a Woman exists because it is what I needed in every part of my journey. I am her. She is me. It's the bridge I needed, the portal I needed, the step by step process I needed ~ the manual for a life well lived as a woman.

My work blends HeartMath® science, ancient somatic, energy and shamanic practices, and Divine Feminine wisdom ~ mind, body, emotion and soul, in one journey.

My mission is to guide women through their own initiations and inner alchemy so they can remember who they authentically are, reclaim their inner power and recreate a life they love.
